GENERAL RULES AND GUIDELINES OF SHARED COMIC

Short description

SharedComic is a way to tell certain story. The most interresting part in this process is that the story won't be told by only one person. Every member of this club has possibility to add something to the act of creation.
Artists gathered in this club create a circle. After one of them posts his part of the comic, the next one continues the story. After the last member submits his part, the circle turns and the cycle begins from first member again.

These rules were set after considering every member's opinion. If there is still something, that needs to be worked out - let me know.

Creating Comic

The fable of our story is placed in s-f reality. Please keep up with it.

The storyline should be continuous - note with what previous page of comic ended. Sudden changes of action are allowed, but keep an eye on consistency of the whole story.

Every artist creates one page of the comic at a time.

There is no possibility to change the previous page when once accepted and placed in SharedComic Gallery.

If, for some reason, you want to switch your place in a circle to another one, you need to ask the rest of members for permission. I'm considering periodical changes, but it depends on how our project will work for some time.

Deadline for preparing comic page is two weeks. After this period member loses his turn in a circle.

The language used in comic has to be English.

The technique used to create a page is unrestricted.

After finishing your page, place it in the SharedComic Gallery and update the SharedComic Journal. Try to keep up with the overall style of both of them.

Membership

Currently, we decided to put off accepting new members. We are quite new group, we do not know how things will work yet. The information about opened recruitment will be placed in the rules as soon as everything will be worked out. Sorry for inconvenience.

To become a member of the SharedComic, you have to send a note to SharedComic account (topic: SharedComic - new member). It should contain a sample of your possibilities. It will be placed in SharedComic Journal for actual members to consider.

If you want to leave SharedComic, inform us about your decision.
